Trees are the largest and oldest plants in a landscape. Providing beauty and shade, they are undoubtedly an important investment of time and money for homeowners. Join us in this third class of our new series, Trees in the Landscape, as Lead Gardener Marie Stadther and Paul Stockton, local specialist in the field of Integrated Pest Management (IPM), discuss tree selection, correct planting, pruning, disease control and care of older trees. This is an updated, extended version of last year’s class. There will be a break at noon for participants to get lunch. Free for Members, $3 for nonmembers!
