Advance tickets now available.
Purchase advance tickets through Turtle Bay's ticketing agent, the Redding Convention Center Box Office. Tickets are specific to the date of your visit and are available:
- Online at the Convention Center Box Office website.
- By phone at (530) 225-4130 or (888) 225-4130.
- In person, in advance, at the Convention Center Box Office, 777 Auditorium Drive.
- At the Turtle Bay Visitor Center the day of your visit.

For group and school tours, please call (530) 242-3108. All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your group's visit.
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
Ticket purchased over the phone or online less than five days prior to your visit will not be mailed, but will be available on the day of your visit for pick-up at WILL CALL at the Turtle Bay Visitor Center. Food, beverage, chewing gum, cameras and other recording devices, backpacks and strollers are not permitted in the exhibit gallery. Please turn your cells phones “off” or to “vibrate”.
