DISCOVERY CAMPS

at Turtle Bay Exploration Park

Turtle Bay - Discovery Camps.jpg

Campers ages 7-12 are invited to join educators and volunteers in various activities, experiments and crafts to learn about the themes of our summer camps.

Each week of summer camp will have its own designated theme, including Crime Scene Investigators, Nature Explorers, Inventor’s Workshop, and Series of Unfortunate Experiments. Sequential days will build off the previous day’s work as we explore science, arts, history and the surrounding natural world.

At Turtle Bay, we encourage interactive and hands-on learning that builds on prior knowledge. We encourage campers to try new and different activities and experiments. Throughout the day campers will also have opportunities to attend animal programs, visit the Parrot Playhouse and rotating exhibitions.
