Famous Artists Portfolio Program
This longstanding free program allows parents, teachers, and community members to present reproductions of significant artworks to students in the classroom. Portfolio prints are organized into nearly 70 age-appropriate themes. Follow-up art activities are suggested for each portfolio. No artistic experience is necessary—merely an enjoyment of working with children and a belief that art matters. In order to borrow portfolios, you must have completed training in a prior year OR participate in this year’s training. All K - 8th grade students participating in this program are eligible to enter the 2018 Student Art Show, exhibited in Turtle Bay Museum January 26 – April 30, 2018.
- Famous Artists Portfolio Program Training: Wednesday, September 20, 2017, 3 – 5 p.m. in the Museum Classroom. Call 530-242-3148 to register!
