Five and Dime Discount Days is a year-round access program offered by Turtle Bay Exploration Park, offering affordable access to all park visitors on the 5th and 10th of every month, General park admission is reduced to $5 for children and $10 for adults as part of the organization’s mission of providing park access to a growing audience and to improve access for low-income population in Shasta County.

Test drive a Turtle Bay membership by checking out a Turtle Bay library pass! You and one guest can enjoy the museum, Paul Bunyan Forest Camp, and all of Turtle Bay’s featured programming for one week FOR FREE. Additional passes can be purchased at the museum for a reduced price.

  • Good for yourself plus 1 guest

  • Keep the pass for up to 7 days

  • Additional guests $7/adult, $4/child (ages 4-15)

  • Must present library card AND museum pass to get in at Turtle Bay

Kool April Nights 2018 Free Day

Blue Star Museum
All Year

FREE admission to current active duty, guard & reserve PLUS up to five (5) family members. Blue Star Museums is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and museums across America. Each summer since 2010, Blue Star Museums have offered free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve, from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Turtle Bay for All
Now thru December 31, 2019

Turtle Bay for All is an access program with a goal of increased accessibility to museum learning resources. The goal is to encourage people of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum habits. Guests present their EBT Card and photo ID to receive admission to access Turtle Bay for $3/person (both adults and children). Turtle Bay for All is made possible by Drs Promila Dhanuka, PK Dhanuka, and Family.
